  We agreed to meet at Greenhills around 12NN; he notified me that he will be late and informed him that my cousin will be around if I'm not around; texted him around 2PM but he said he was late because he was not able to withdraw. I have waited until 7pm for him and he did not bother to text or inform me.
  
  I hate to do this pero u should be professional enough to tell me. I trust people lalo ng un mga may feedbacks.
