  item description was NOT accurate.
  
  you stated its aesthetics is almost 100% when in fact center of dpad is almost color black already.
  
  you did not state how over sensitive the keypads are. fault ko din as a buyer not to have noticed how many buttons were in that bad state.
  
  i traded with you because i thought the only thing lacking in your w350 is the flip, which can be replaced anyway, only to find out that even when replaced, flip mechanism (ribbon) does not work anymore.
  
  i can still say though that your a good seller considering you still answered my calls after trade transpired.
  
  deal with this seller. just bother asking more details.
