  Sir sana sinabi nyo kung hindi kayo pwede. Ang tagal ng napostpone ng transaction natin ang haba narin ng usapan natin pero di parin kayo sumipot. Very disappointing. Next time you seal a deal make sure that you'd show up. I told you that my dad will be leaving this April 12 you promised to hand me the unit before 12 but you didn't. Tsk.
