I had a very bad experience with this guy.

We agreed in a deal friday night, and our deal was scheduled on 12nn Saturday (the next day) in a mall near my place, but an hour or so before our meeting time, he asked me if we can schedule our deal on a later date, because according to him he was very busy. so, i agreed and we are set to meet on Wednesday.

But because i already sold my cellphone that day to have money to buy alrlop's phone, waiting until wednesday is difficult. So I asked him if we can meet on sunday in his most convenient place, may it be in QC, that's not a problem anymore, i just need to have a phone. But he said he is in Puerto Galera. So, I have no choice but to wait, but nonetheless i'm still txting him to remind him of our deal on Wednesday.

Now come Monday, he gave me a call. He said that we can no longer pursue the deal because he accidentally dropped his phone in a swimming pool. In my mind that time, I was really disappointed because the phone was dropped and soaked, but even without having a deal, i still gave him a positive feedback that time.

Several days later, I learned and confirmed that the real reason why we never had a deal is because he sold his phone to somebody else. I know as a seller, He can choose to whoever he may want to sell his item. But what made me give him a negative feedback are the following

1.) This guy made me wait from saturday to monday. I was without a phone in those days. If he knew he had a better deal than ours, he should have txted me.

2.) He should have given me a chance. If he a got a better offer, as respect to me, he should have txted me. If I can, then i'll make a counter offer, if not, then its ok, I'll just buy from somebody else.

3.) He lied to me by telling a made up story about dropping a phone in a pool to cover-up his transaction with another buyer. I don't know what made him do this, he may be feeling guilt that time.

4.) After confirming that he sold his phone and the swimming pool story was fake, I txted and pmed him several times to say that i already knew what really happened. That is to at least give him an opportunity to explain, but he ignored me completely.

So i guess, he truly deserves this negative feedback. My time and effort were wasted in trying to make a deal with this guy.

Alrlop, you already made several good deals here, but one unprofessional action cost you this negative feedback. I hope you treat all costumers professionally next time and may this feedback help you do that.
