  I have my reasons. I cant leave my work that time. My urgent na kelangan gwin. Customer support ako sir, hnd bsta2 pde iwan. So kelangan p b tlg ng negative feedback? Db sinabi ko resched natin. Nasa text mo pa pumayag ka na sige resched ntn ksi sobra tagal kang mag hhintay pag tinuloy ntn that day.
  
  Lagyan ko nag screenshot tong negative post ko na to mmya to prove na payag ka sa resched.
  
  Saka even tho nilagyan mo ko ng nega feedback do you think it will affect my future deals, I think not.
