Hey Andy Chua!

It's been almost couple of months now when we had our last transaction with your LG VU2. You know for yourself that I've been very considerate to you especially when we talk about trust here. I really thought we closed a good deal with all the items on the said ad post last Feb 16, 2014 including the Battery, Battery Dock, Pink Case and the Screen Protector.
I didn't hesitate to meet up with you considering its already past 11 in the evening in a hospital near your place. Im also a seller and been in the industry for more than 10 years now so I gave all the kindness to you and your father that time.

Since you told me that you left the other items from your 2nd house, me and my boyfriend gave you our full trust and reliance that we will see each other again on the 22nd of that month even though the promise has been made earlier. But again as a respectful buyer, I gave all the understanding you need as decent customer. And gave you my payment even the package is not complete.
After 3 days, Ive learned that the back soft key is not working right.
We tried contacting you for more than 3 weeks but you didnt run out of alibis and excuses after we figured out that your item is damaged.
Up to this point of time, you still have the guts to post and continue marketing items here? Well, as a Catholic school graduate, instilled to me are the values I ponder so I guess this has to stop!
Shame on you! Is this how you were brought up by your family?
As a seller, you should be responsible enough to handle your clients before and after sale.
Make sure you write down detail of what youre selling and BE HONEST. If there are things you know about the item you are selling, please explain. Don't deceive the buyer into buying something thats not there or that no one can use.
