  As all of his feedbacks are, he's really great guy! Unfortunately, i did not reply from his personal message, then a simple text and a long distance call from him, deal is closed.
  
  I used to be early every time meeting a client but this guy beats me, he was 10 minutes earlier than me coz i arrived 30 mins b4 our scheduled meeting. A simple chitchat and zaappp! closed transaction!
