  Bought my A880s fromhim in extremely good faith, then found out from the technician who unlocked my phone that the speaker was busted. Sound was basag. Been pm'ing him about it pero dedma lang. Sana naging hoenst ka sa deal, kasi in very good faith ko binigay unit ko complete pa and walang problem..

  Good PM po and sorry for posting this feedback on the negative side but will revert once issue has been resolve. Last Dec. 2014, 2014, a transaction has been agreed upon with an xperia z1 unit for 12.200. I am a middle man here in our place for the buy and sell method of earning an extra income - Dumaguete City, Neg. Or. 6200, Region 7, Visayas. Now, since hindi makapag provide ang client ko for the exact amount, as mentioned above and the interest of having the xperia z1 2nd hand unit posted by sir Jerald here in TCP - faded2014, I have deposited an amount of 6,100 just to reserve the unit. The money was personally mine deposited via bank transaction under his mother's account. My client will provide me the total amount for 12,200 after 3-4 days time when I made the deposit. Unluckily, my client's daughter got admitted and need to use the money spared for the xperia z1 for hospital bills. I then called this seller for the situation and requested for a refund. He then informed me the he spent the money.

  I understood his part dahil sa New Year celebration. I then made a follow up last January 2015 but he doesn't have the amount of 6,100 yet for refund though I badly need the money dahil sa nadisgrasya kami with my son, due to vehicular accident, last January 6, 2015. I also need the money, na discuss ko rin sa kanya when I made a follow, for expected na kabuwanan nang wife ko on which it happened January 17, 2015. His reason was na hospital ang uncle/tito niya and needs to take part on the hospital bills. I gave him again some time to come up with the money on which meron syang unit na available na yun nalang sana ang ipang tapal with the 6,100 na somewhat nagmamatch doon sa price that he war posting here in TCP. He informed me na to text him my shipping info pero walang unit nadumating and nag antay ako sa wala. Made several sms pero di nagrereply, the only respond na nareceive ko was during his uncle/tito's hospital admission pero di na sinasagot ang tawag ko. Nagchange din sya nang mobile no. Pero I was

  able to check his TCP account again at doon ko nakuha ang updated mobile no. Nya. Nagfollow ulit ako early this afternoon, via sms, pero di na nagrereply. The reason is kailangan ko na talaga ang refund for my son's school fees and pinagkakautangan namin noong di pa sya makakapagrefund for his reasons. As sent via sms, within this week nalang ang binibigay na deadline ko sa kanila for the refund. Will be coordinating with our local authority and nbi para madirect ang issue and report to ur local authority as well. P.S. Still have the bank deposit slip kung saan na deposit ko ang 6,100 na amount sa mother's bank account nila. Raising this issue with the admin for help ang proper handling for the meantime.
