  I'm very satisfied with my transaction with macstore. Got a good deal for my kindle paperwhite 2015. I am happy that they allowed me to inspect the item before handing out the cash. I received the item in good condition and the box was sealed. The messenger was courteous.

  Thank you sooo much for my new iPhone SE 16gb rose gold. I texted late last night and got a response early morning. My contact person, Rex, was very early (almost 30 minutes) at our meet-up location and he waited another half an hour for me to get my order. He was very patient and polite.

  I ordered a Surface Pro 4 a couple of days ago. I agreed to meet last Saturday to get and pay for the unit. Thanks Cris for delivering the unit promptly. Sadly when I got home and tested the unit for the first time, it was not working. The unit won't turn on! So I made a quick research about the problem and it turned out that it was a common problem for Surface Pro 4. So I contacted Macstore and reported the problem to them. At first I was a little worried considering the many negative things that I know of that were common with online transactions. But not this time, Macstore promptly accommodated my problem and inquiries. Bottom line I decided to have the item replaced to which they agreed. They had the item delivered today, and happily it is working great! By the way, thanks Rex for arriving early for our appointment, appreciate the help.
