Ma'am this is truly a very unpleasant experience with me...It was not about the money I have spent, nor if the phone I have bought from you would never arrive.
It is about the trust that I have given to you that you have broke, as well the Christmas of an uncle's niece that you made cold.
Here is the story, ma'am here offered me a CHERRY MOBILE FLARE (which I was looking for as a gift for my niece this coming Christmas) over text on DECEMBER 17, 2012. After going between negotiations, we have agreed upon the mode of payment (SMART PADALA) and sent her the money as agreed. A day after the transaction, the unit hasn't arrived yet in my home so I decided to contact her once again, she reassured me that the unit will be coming in the tomorrow morning or afternoon; so I gladly waited since I dealt with many shipping transactions before.
The next day when I asked for an update regarding the item's shipping, she said that the delivery will be delayed and will arrive in our area at 1 pm nalang the next day. This is a bit worrisome on my end, but I gladly obliged and asked to have the unit nalang to be delivered at my mother's office address since I or my relatives won't be able to receive the phone if ever it would arrive the following day. She agreed and said she forwarded my text to her delivery team.
The next day, the unit has yet to arrive so I decided to contact her via PM nalang in our office since my cellphone signal is currently dead in my work-area, and kindly asked for an update. However, no reply was given. Later in the afternoon, my phone abruptly upgraded its software, erasing all my contacts and texts, so I decided to contact ma'am again asking for her contact number since I have lost it.
Long story short, it is currently FRIDAY (December 21, 2012) and I have yet to receive any updates from my dear ma'am here.
I guess I should just charge it to my experience for trusting people too much. If ever ma'am should read this, I am still open to fix this mess...I am even planning to refer her to my office mates if this deal would be successful, but I guess as of now...mukhang malabo pa.
So ma'am, hope you contact me as soon as possible to fix this. Otherwise, I guess KARMA would have it's way in biting back.
