    Miggs or Knight (CHRISTOPHER SIONSON) bought my leadtek tv2000xp deluxe in good working condition last Dec 22, 2005. i included all installation cd's, accessories and the box.

    A day passed and he informed me that the tvcard is properly detected in the Device Manager of WindowsXP and that there were no hardware conflicts but he can't properly run the tv software although the fm was working fine. So i advised him to download both the latest driver and application from the leadtek site.

    The next day, he told me that he still can't watch tv on his pc. so after some basic troubleshooting Q&A over the phone, he mentioned that he wasn't able to download the latest software due to its size (~27mb). So since the tv card itself is properly detected together with all it's drivers, i told him that it must be the leadtek software because he was using the old leadtek software (using the wrong driver and application combination can cause irreversible damage to any electronic device). So he told me that since 27mb was too big for him to download at home, he'll just download it in his office.

    Dec 27, he left a message in my inbox and told me that he tested it in his office using 5 different machines with the latest drivers from the leadtek site and still it doesn't work. So i asked him again if he did use the latest software/application...and he said
    yes na download ko yung driver na sinasabi mo...

    ...so i guess he wasn't using the right software...then he also said
    Then ayaw na din gumana nung FM pati TV...just tested this at almost 8cpu machines

    At that point, I knew that there was already user negligence. The FM was originally working fine but after bringing the card to his office and letting his "technical support" (as he put it) to test the item, the card no longer worked.

    So now he wants his money back, all 1,600 of it.

    But given my good nature, i was willing to give his money back, all 1,600.00 of it, given that i first test the item in my own rig and that it should be in working condition. So we did have an arrangement last Dec 29, and we were supposed to meet somewhere in Makati, 6pm onwards.

    Since i was going back to my province, i txtd him that i can't meet him but he can give the card to my friend which was also working in Makati. I txted him and gave him my friend's number but alas...he never replied.

    So that's it my friend, the card is all yours. Don't bother me anymore. I did try to be as professional as I can be specially in handling the situation.

    So here's to you, miggs or knight or whatever you want to call yourself, a negative feedback.

    PS. - so how did i know that knight and miggs is the same guy? Simple, he told me.
