  Had a second deal for a lower unit, we met as usual, did Samsung service tests, the unit showed good. Did not thoroughly inspected for physical damage as this was a lower unit prior purchase was good all over.
  
  A week later, unit shows signs of problems, nakabuka ng konti yung upper part ng s6 edge, my fault di ko tinignan maigi. Then after that, kapag nalagyan ng pressure, green and pink lines show, nung una nawawala wala but now it's permanent. I messaged the seller, kung pwede isort out naming, baka may mix up or what, instead she did not respond to my polite text messages. Sabi ko baka holiday lang, since April 8 and 9 ako nagtetext. I did not even call her, because I was confident, since we had a prior deal. And then April 10, I still messaged, finally she responded, with crazy like she consulted their lawyer and even involved her police husband, insisted they know how to protect themselves with claims from people like me, what am I a crook? I was asking politely.
  
  All I needed was help to fix the unit, I did not even ask for refund or whatever. A fix or better yet a change kung pwede, then you go crazy with your police husband and all?
  
  Kahit mag harap harap pa tayo I will be confident, kung matagal ka na sa ganitong business, dapat alam mo kung paano maging professional, out of warranty ang claim ko? naiuwi ko ng maayos ang unit? You always deal with police bodyguards? DO I LOOK LIKE I WILL EXTORT YOU FOR MONEY?
  
  Maam, matagal ka na sa kalakaran, you shouldn't be defensive, and you should have better after sales, kindly check kelan pa ako member sa community na to, check if I had atleast a negative feedback on me.
  
  But its all good, that is your stand, and this is mine. Your word against mine, like always in this world.
