  sumobra kasi payment ko sa sobrang excitement ko sa phone na binili ko sa kanya (Xperia Arc S), hindi ko na-realize until siya pa mismo ang nag-text na sobra ang binayad ko and return na lang thru bank deposit!

  Pasensya na po pero need ko po tlga mag negative feedback sa inyo.
  Coz you cost me a huge amount of money. Bmli ako ng HTC Sensation sa kanila.. nung tntest ko walang problema.. Its a long weekend nung bnli at nagamit ko ung item.. no problems so far.. but on the 4th day naka kita ako ng dumi sa loob ng screen nung phone.
  
  Maingat ako sa mga gudgets ko and i really dnt have any idea kung paano nagkaron ng dumi sa may loob ng screen un... sobra ko iningatan ung phone at sa matino kong lugar inilalagay.
  
  I'm very unfortunate kasi its ONLY A 3 DAY REPLACEMENT! and on the 4th day dun pa sya nag ka problema. So hndi ko na mapapalitan. And ang masama pa dto ung taong ka deal ko ang hirap hagilapin. Tnatwagan ko hndi cnsagot. Pati sa txt, reply..
  
  Nung nakausap ko sya sabi nya dalhin ko nalang daw sa service centre. At hndi daw pwd na cla ang magdadala. And nung dinala ko sa service centre.. ang sabi nila ay hndi daw cla nag rerepair ng ganun.. hndi cla naglilinis ng dumi sa loob... Then kinocontact ko ung ka deal ko sa NOOBIES na yan.. hndi na sumasagot.
  
  Than after 2 weeks nakita ko parang dumadami lalu ung dumi nya sa loob habang tumatagal... so tlga palang me problema sya.. naisip ko na hndi bnew ung phone or nabuksan na cguro kaya madaling pinasukan ng dumi.
  So na pilitan ako ng ibenta ung pphone ng 16K after 2 weeks.. pero
  bnli ko sya sa NOOBIES ng 24,5k nakakapanghinayang ung perang nawala sakin..
  
  Ni hndi manlang mag offer ang noobies na gawan ng paraan... wala silang kusa na asikasuhin ung customer na disappointed. Tlgang pag naka benta eh BAHALA KANA. Parang ganun cla.
  
  Suggetion ko lang na PAKI GAWING 7 DAYS REPLACEMENT ung items nyo. dahil hndi tlga lalabas ang mga hidden defects ng item sa 3 days..
  
  Advice ko lang sa mga buyers.., go for the 7 Days Replacement na Item/Store.

  Absolutely no after sales service. Binili ko dito galaxy s2 ko last October 2011. Feb 13 nag-hang then off yung phone, ayaw na ulit magon. Dinala ko samsung service center (sm north annex) dahil may international warranty naman as claimed by the seller nung binili ko phone. Upon inspection ng phone ko, nakita nila na walang NTC seal, so hindi na raw nila ito irerepair for free. Tinawagan/text message sa facebook/tipidcp itong seller for many times pero no response. I decided to shoulder the repair cost that's roughly 9k (board problem), pero hindi pa rin daw nila marerepair dahil galing daw ibang bansa. Apparently wala pala talagang international warranty. I tried to call/text/message again the seller many times para sana hingin na sila na lang mag RMA ng unit. Naghintay pa ako ng ilang araw, pero still no response.
  
  Magingat lang po kayo sa seller na ito. Once nakabenta na bahala na kayo. Beware also sa mga false advertisements nila like "International warranty." Advice ko lang din sa fellow buyers, check nyo rin po yung after sales service.
