March 2, 2011- nakawala ako ng C7.

March 4, 2011 - nakita ko post nito marc that he is selling a "brandnew C7" daw. So I called him up to let him know that I am interested with his unit para ipampalit dun sa nawala ko. We met at Mcdonald's sa may labas where the lighthing was very dim. I opened the box and immediately saw na yung pre-installed screen protector had SUPER DAMING SCRATCHES. I immediately informed this to him and he said na brand new po talaga yan test unit lang kasi. Although it was irrelevant pati, he was redirecting my attention the box. Sinasabi niya na bago daw yung box. And since I was on my shift and having my Six Sigma training, I need to hurry back to work kasi tumakas lang ako.

After my training I immediately inspected the unit and to my dismay I found out na naparaming gasgas ng unit sa chrome part at hindi lang gasgas DEEP SCRATCHES pa kamo. Hindi ko napansin kasi dim lang yung light sa labas ng Mcdo. Mahirap siya makita sa dim light kasi black chrome. Tapos yung lifetimer niya is 5:04 meaning ang total call duration ng phone eh 5 hours and 4 minutes. Hindi yan natatangal kahit ireformat ang symbian phones.

I contacted him and he said na papalitan daw niya pag nagka stock siya. Obviously until now wala pa rin yung kapalit.

Hindi ko naibigay yung unit sa nawalan ko ng C7 dahil nakakahiya yung condition nito. Hindi ko rin ginamit yung unit since I don't want to add to it's poor condition. After 2 weeks has passed at wala pa ding pampalit tong manloloko na tor na to napilitan akong bumili sa greenhills ng brand new na unit talaga. Sana nga yun nalang ginawa ko nung una. Hindi pa sana ako naguyo nitong mangagantsong to.

I had to sell the unit that I was using and was forced to use this defective C7. Bakit di ko binenta nalang to? Ayoko kasi manguyo ng iba kahit ginuyo ako nitong manloloko na to.

After using the unit I found out more proof na this unit is definitely used and not brand new as he claimed:

1. Had pictures of babies and other people inside the house and at the backyard. I text him this sabi niya test lang daw ng mga technician. The dates of the pictures were 12-29-10.

2. Walang 3G signal kahit dual mode or 3G only.

3. Dinala ko sa nokia to claim warranty and nakita nung customer care rep na may sticker na yung unit meaning it was already serviced for repair.

4. Yung resibo na binigay niya sakin eh walang store name at walang tin number hindi siya HONORED sa nokia. Magdedefault sa unit warranty date yung ihohonor ng nokia hindi sa purchase date. Nagdeal kami March 4 pero December 12, 2010 ang ihohonor ng Nokia. Tinawagan ko siya at sabi niya dapat honor daw ng nokia yung resibo. Aba mas marunong ka pa sa Nokia?

Since wala siyang pampalit during that long period of time nag offer siya ng buy and sell. Kukunin niya C7 ko sa value na 8k. Di ko alam kung nangiinsulto tong gagong to pero ang point ko dito niloko niya ako sa unit na binenta niya sakin eh tumupad naman ako sa usapan namin by giving him the amount that he asked me for his unit. Walang labis walang kulang.

ISA LANG TONG SMALL TIME NA AHENTE AT WALANG PERA! KAYA PAG NAGKAPROBLEMA UNIT NA BENTA NIYA SAYO WALA SIYA PAMPALIT DAHIL HINDI NGA SA KANYA YUN!!!

WALANG BEARING YUNG MGA RESIBO NA BINIBIGAY NIYA DAHIL WALANG TIN #. DUN PALANG MANLOLOKO KA NA AT PWEDE KA PAHULI NG BIR!
