  Purchased a Samsung Note 3 Neo from widgetcity online. Paid via dragonpay bank transfer on a Sunday, got the item on Wednesday.
  
  The only negative I can think off is that they take a while to reply to messages, but i guess that's understandable since they get a lot of inquiries. Anyway, i called them tuesday and i was told they will ship it out in the afternoon. Got the unit the next day. No problems with the unit so far. :)

  At first I hesitated to buy from you guys since napakarami ng negative feedbacks. I was about to believe them at first kasi ang bagal ng replies and parang ayaw nila magbenta. Masungint mga customer reps nila? Maybe.
  
  Pero after confirming my order (the proper way of course, as written in their ads), nagsimula na sila mag pick up. Bumilis ang mga replies nila, nagkaroon na ng mga smilies ang mga text. All in all good.
  
  What impressed me was how fast the courier arrived at my designated meet up point. He arrived 30 minutes earlier than me and was even willing to wait! Pawis pawis pa si kuya delivery hehehe.
  
  I got the phone from them. Perfect brand spanking new condition! May freebies pa!
  
  Overall?
  
  Great impression for my first transaction with them (at least in my own experience, not saying na mali yung ibang feedbacks, panapanahon lang siguro).

  at first, medyo naghesitate ako bumili sakanila since may mga negative feedbacks sila pero naglakas loob nalang din ako kasi sila din yung nagkaroon ng stock agad ng Zenfone 2.
  
  the transaction was ok and mabait si ate na nag-assist sakin. di tuloy ako makapaniwala sa mga negative feedbacks na nabasa ko. sealed and brand new din ang nakuha kong unit.

  first time kong bumili sakanila. mabait si ate/kuya na katext ko dun sa service line nila. nung pagpickup ko, inassist ako and brand new and sealed yung nakuha kong unit. smooth lang yung transaction namin. no problems or what.

  ive purchased a sony experia e3 dual from them..
  
  
  i browsed the posted tpc price and website price there was a significant difference so i ordered thru their website www.widgetcity.com.ph and payed thru dragon pay. i did this so ill have some third party leverage when claiming if anything happened. considering significant number of negative feedbacks i still went on with the purchase since i already ordered online. i suggest for future customers to call them first for the availability before proceeding with the payment, as i waited for 1 week for the availability of the item.
  
  for people in widget city, i would recommend for you guys to update your website to conform with the availability and prices. you have a nice business model and well grounded plan in ecommerce, might as well to improve your services and be as consistent as possible.
  
  conclusion:
  not the best online purchase i did. Since im an experienced online shopper, ill give them a 3 out of 5 star rating(still positive feedback though), kudos for fulfilling the promised time of availability and delivery(ms.jenny).

  Di ko na mabilang ilan transactions na kami. But the latest one yung sa Xiaomi Redmi Note 3 32gb Grey, nag text ako mga past 10am, by 1:30pm nasa akin na ung unit.
