  just bought e1182 from her dec 13 2011 (tue)

  tinanung ko ung available pa unit, sb nya oo dw
  sb q wala po bang cra sir? sb nya WALA kc bnew pa DW

  I bought a Samsung Nexus S i9020 (based on their ads) last 14 April 2012 to this couple. We met at SM Centerpoint Mcdo. Per the ads, it was bnew daw and it is a i9020 which is the Super Amoled version. Upon receiving the phone, actually hindi na sya masyadong bnew....first the sticker to protect the back is wala na and naka stick sya sa box and there is no screen protector na nakalagay pag bnew ung phone. And may mga minor scratches na siya sa back. Hindi ko na lang sinabi yun at that time kasi mukhang ok naman yung phone. And nagtiwala ako sa kanila.
  After namin maghiwalay, nakita ko na ang daming gmail account na naka enroll na sa celphone so I asked them if this is really bnew. Sabi nila oo daw. Tinesting daw kasi kaya may mga gmail account na dun. Then nung nasa bahay na ko, tinangal ko yung battery to check lang ung phone itself (kasi sila naglagay ng simcard ko nung nag meet kami) and I've checked na it is a i9023 (super LCD version) and not the i9020. Then I've also installed an application to test dead pixel and it resulted to 2 deadpixels. Tinext ko kagad sila to inform them and to have a replacement sana or a refund. Hindi na daw marerefund kasi lugi pa daw sila kasi 17k daw talaga benta nila binenta lang nila sakin ng 14k and wala pa daw mabibigay na replacement. Sobrang haba na naging text namin and pumayag na lang ako na hintayin ung replacement. Every now and then nagtetext ako sa kanila to check kung kelan dadating yung replacement and laging wala pa daw delayed daw yung shipment. Una sabi first or second week of May tapos kanina lang sabi end of May na daw. Tapos I even offered na irefund na lang ako kahit 3k para lang matapos na and same pa rin sinasabi sakin. Lugi pa daw sila sakin and wala daw silang tinubo.
  To cut the long story short, as of today, hindi na replace yung unit ko and hindi rin ako narefund. Kung gusto ko daw is maghintay daw ako or iswap ko na lang daw sa laptop nila.
  If they really want to settle this, they have just refunded me my money and I've just returned this. Kaso halata sa kanila na ayaw na nila mabalik yung unit unless maghintay nga ako for replacement.
  In the end, nainis na ko and ayoko na mastress regarding this. Bahala na lang kayo. May karma naman eh.
  To all tipidcpers, BEWARE of transacting to this couple. Hindi pala lahat ng may madaming feedback is ok na makipag transact.
