Hardware is ok. Bootloop issue. Download mode partition corrupted
Problem corrupted software. Partition needs to be reset to load Android which requires tools (e.g. jtag, etc...)

Selling for parts or kayo na lang paayos.

Pwede nyo try short yung qualcomm chip if youre experienced in electronics. This is to bypass kill switch mode to reload boot image
