Try niyo na lang sa Globe Business Center. Kasi ang siste, kinukuha nila yung old SIM pag nagpa-replace ka. Hindi ko lang alam kung anong ginagawa nila dun sa old SIM.
Pero kung hindi na, mas maganda. Feedback kayo dito para aware ang iba.

I am not subscribed to any data plan on my globe prepaid sim but it has happened twice already that i got notified 5 pesos was deducted from my load balance because i connected to mobile internet. I always check after and my data is always off. I only use wifi because i have a pocket wifi device. Any tips on how to avoid this? Kinakain yung load ko e.

@netshark baka po meron kayong app na nadownload noon na nag register kayo doon. happened sa friend ko. kahit icheck nila ung mga promos na subscribed to, wala silang nakikita.
kahit naka off ung mobile data nag babawas pa rin sya basta naka auto 4g/3g ung sa network nya..

Posible nga. Pero galing ng globe no? Nakakabawas sila ng load maski naka off mobile data. Naka set din na yung smart ko ang default for mobile internet.
Mukhang changing or removing apn na nga remedyo nito. Or mag subscribe na lang ako sa data plan para hindi na ko nakakaltasan ng 5 pesos each time.

hassle nga po yan. halos di nga rin masagot ng globe po un. Ang umubra lang daw talaga is nag hard reformat na po sya. and mula noon di na sya nakaltasan pa. and nung after daw nya mag reformat eh merong nag aask permission na application na parang gusto uli magkaltas pero di na inaccept.

Dati po, pag 120 days na totally walang activity at walang load ang SIM card, dun nag-e-expire ang SIM card.
Pero ngayon po, since 1 year na ang validity ng load mo kahit piso pa yan, hindi na valid ang 120 days. We need to confirm this with a Globe CSR para sure.

no need to confirm, its a law now 1 yr across the board expiry kahit 1 piso load, di kasali ang pasaload,
pero sabi ng isang friend wala na daw grace period pag na expire ang sim after 1 year na di nag load, sim will be deactivated agad within 24 hrs or immediately agad pag time na to kill the sim, dont know lang how true is it, we have to wait a year to verify this

May sim ako dec to jan walang activity , no service na yun signal nya nagyon feb. usually pasaload ng 2 lang laman nya every month pero that period na miss ko, sayang first globe sim kopa iyun.

Nagpapadala ang Globe ng warning regarding simcard expiry 45 days before you permanently lose your signal.
2 months na lang ngayon ang leeway for simcard expiration.

nagtweet ang globe sakin tinanong ang number ko, para icheck daw nila(memasabi lang sila). pero alam ko wala din silang solution.

can anyone confirm this... naginquire kasi ako sa globe business center about prepaid home wifi, sabi ay may tendency daw na hindi gumana kung hindi lte/4g ang signal... dito kasi sa amin mas malakas ang h+ kesa sa lte (1mbps vs 200kbps)
