Help with Cracked Screen of O+ 8.15 Android

  Nahulog lang siya sa upuan then nagcrack na yung glass. May major crack sa ilalim then may mahabang line na crack na dumadaan sa right side ng phone. Actually no damage naman yung LCD pero may crack yung glass. Di na din nagrerespond yung lower part ng screen sa touch but display is normal.
  
  I have some questions:
  
  - Iccover kaya ito ng warranty ng O+?
  - Glass replacement and digitizer lang kaya papalitan dito? LCD display is normal but lower half is not responding to touch. Upper half works fine.
  - How much does this replacement usually cost?
