This is long but definitely worth your time reading...
During the time I started taking a look at his feedbacks, it was 322, ALL POSITIVE... But sad to say not with my experience with "Sir Hydro"..
I know many would not be able to believe this and accept it right away, don't worry guys, ME as well, never I have imagined with all the positive feedback that I would end up receiving HARSH words from him. If not only for technologies so called CALLER ID in our cellphones, it would be hard to believe those messages came from him, but I have most of his REVEALING messages saved here in my cell, open to anyone who wants to see...
And here is my sad tale.... It's a long one, and I'm sorry, but it ought to be because it's like way back in A.D. time, it's hard to prove something without any proofs... So here we go.... Read on...
My order was 3 Powermax 6MP units + a 256 SD Card. Original date of delivery was Saturday, April 2, LRT Monumento, but I asked Sir Hydro here if we can make it to FRIDAY, April 1, Eastwood City, Libis, because I had a sudden week ending change of schedule (but all this happened Wednesday) and told him I'll just be paying additional Delivery charges, and so he confirmed "Yes ok.Add.P100.Dlvery fr east wood"... And so our DEAL was closed at P19,450 + 100 Delivery charge = P19,550...
And so just to make it final, I texted both him and his delivery guy Ryan, "Sir & Ryan.. Tom po around 12:15-12:30pm, sa loob ng cybermall sa eastwood city libis.. sa may tapat ng national bookstore, ground floor.. C u tom.. Thanks.."... Soon after sending this, Ryan was calling me saying "Sino to?", obviously not knowing me. So I had to introduce my self and about my orders, and he somehow remembers. And so with the talk with Ryan, I he told me that he usually starts to deliver at 1pm, but he said maybe he can just startup early, and so I told him I really prefer the time I have specified but if ever the case that he would be delayed, I told him to just let me know and update me of his location.. And so I thought we had a good deal and everything was okay because I haven't heard from them, both Sir Hydro and Ryan afterwards...
Come Friday morning 8:44am on my cellphone time I texted Ryan askin him if he can confirm delivery at the said time, he said "ok txt nlang me pag on d way n tnx."... 12:03pm, I texted Ryan again asking him if he is on his way because I haven't received any text from him since, no reply. Texted him again 12:28pm, "Pls txtbk naman if ur on ur way na & wer." and he replied "ok on the way na."... Thinking he is really on his way to Libis... 12:55pm I texted Ryan again just to check his location, he did not reply but he called me, saying that honestly speaking he is still in Recto Manila and just on his way to Libis, at this point I can't hide my disappointment, having studied before in Manila I'm pretty much aware of the travel time it would take to get here in Libis, so for me it is gonna be long hours of waiting for him after waiting for him for almost 30mins already.. I just expressed this to ryan and he in fact did apologize and told me he is really on his way. So I kept my cool and just continued waiting for him but soon there after, Sir Hyrdo texted me, "I told you ysterday random dlvery dba...", I answered "Sir gusto nyo po forward ko lhat ng txt nyo sakin khapon?.. No such things said yesterday,i beg to disagree..Okay lang sana kaso kausap ko rin si Ryan kahapon i told him to update kung madelay man cya but he never txtd, mgtxt lng cya pg mgtanong ako & 1hr ago n nya sinabi on d way na cya pero recto parin ngayon..", Sir Hydro texted again "Random.Dlver.Bka.Dmo.Na.Receive.Its.Up.To u. Kng.Cancel if u cant wait.No.Cmmtment cancel it its ok"
All of this could have been avoided by a single word of apology coming from him, acknowledging what I feel and acknowledging failure in behalf of his own men, that could have helped in pacifying the feeling of disappointment on my part, but I think he is to big of a man or maybe to rich already to care about a 20K order, so what he said instead that he can cancel the order with no commitments... But whats about my own commitments, that i have to keep... So I told him that I would push through with the transaction because to many had been compromised already with this...
He texted me informing of Ryan's cell # and telling him to keep checking on him for his location... On my part this was another proof telling me that both of them, RYAN and HIM, doesn't really have a good BOSS and subordinate relationship, because it appears that they are clueless on the progress of all their transactions. I texted him with the intention of trying to make him remember and understand that he was the one who gave me Ryan's # before and that I said also that Ryan and I was communicating already, but what he said is this "Thats my job so even u rcvd mre than 10msgs inform u hs number no issues at all, Hnestly speaking of ur friday sudded change of sked mess up all my dlveries", and another one "Monumento to libis u knw hw to count km fr point1 to point2. all schedules need to revise again, bihira kc kami me monumento. Got it?"
Sellers out there, does this sound correct, telling a cust that their change of schedule MESSED up your delivery? Or how about challenging your customers mental ability of understanding the relevance of counting the KILOMETERS between one point to another?................. This is something internal that all sellers who confirmed a service has to know.. It's not the customers concern anymore especially if you have agreed upon the said schedule, the customer is paying for the extra service and most specially of your because of you FAILURE to inform you customer ahead of time...... YOU are selling for God's sake!
I texted my final words to Sir Hydro after receiving the orders and talking much with his VERY GOOD delivery man (Ryan understood the situation and was realy apologetic on what he have done, he acknowledged his faults and told me he is really very sorry of not informing me of the delay... And we really had a good talk, even a personal talk and he somehow lifted up my mood a bit..Well I guess, the subordinate had more BALLS even if he is gay to admit his mistakes...).....
Here is my last text, "Well dats a nice way of putting it sir, of "me messing" up ur delivery wen u confirmed it was a GO & i paid extra for the service...Of challenging my mental ability of finding relevance bet KM of point1 to point2..Lets just do wat we both hav to do so we dont mess each others sked anymore like you said...I got the cameras, and i just really waited 4 it b4 i sent dis..I guess we wud hav to deal again if we hav problems w/ dis units, which im not hopin for..Honestly dis is not wat i hav expected of u Sir, i was actually lookin 4ward to more deals w/ u, so sad this happened...Thanks for a wonderful customer service...
But it seems Sir Hydro here and his big EGO cannot just let me have the last words so he still answered, "That is a go'because isaid ok wt the deliver idid not say ok wt the time, malinaw dba, but ur not aware sudden changing of ur damn schedule piles up order this friday so bear it. Ok. Just wait"...
Hard to beleive?
Yes indeed, but happened to me...
First transaction with the legendary HYDRO28...
Last words to future buyers of HYDRO28, make sure to know if you know the ROUTE of his delivery and if you would MESS it up for him... Also make sure you know how to count the kilometers difference between point1 to point2
It's not enough that you pay extra for his delivery service, YOU would have to be the one following it up with him and his delivery man, and also make sure that whenever you talk to the two of them you relay what the other said, because they seem to be not communicating very well... Or shall I say, it's just a one way communication, someone is just the one talking but does not like listening, right Ryan?
