    READ WHAT THIS GUY HAS TO TELL

    "first and foremost let me clear things out para matapos na ito. The unit was working properly since the day I bought it until i sold the unit to you. I even checked the unit for a few hours before ko ibenta just to be sure dahil ayokong mapahiya sa buyer ko. you can even check my feedbacks. I never sold defective items or whatsoever. Nung nag usap tayo sa phone sabi ko irerefund ko pero naisip ko it would be unfair on my side dahil I am 100% sure and confident that the unit is working and I swear that to my life! I even sacrificed a long walk just to meet you at baywalk where you wanted to meet para hindi matagtag at maalog yung unit kung sasakay ako ng tricycle. and walked there by foot with the 2 boxes. As you may know the XBOX has a hard drive. I asked an xbox technician that i know very well and told him the message you saw at your TV. He said that it happens when the unit is dropped, shaken and bumped. In that case i remembered that you placed the unit inside your car trunk on top of the cpu and some other things. as you may know it gets bumpy in there and i whatever happens to the unit is way beyond my control. I will not be held responsible to any damage to the unit due to MISHANDLING AND MISUSE and you know that kaya i suggested to you na ipatingin mo na dahil hindi ko din masasagot kung ano nangyari dyan. pangalawa you were such in a hurry to make the transaction whereas to my post on scheduled time. I told you that I am working at that time. You were insistent to meet there on unscheduled and unclosed time of transaction. I was asking you to meet at robinsons place para ma test mo doon yun unit and you declined on my condition thus forfeiting your right to test the unit. I was in good faith in selling you the unit dahil alam ko na walang problema and think of it baket ako magbebenta ng unit na sira na alam ko na ibabalik sa akin at ikakaproblema ko? hindi ko kailangang manloko ng tao para magkapera dahil may trabaho akong disente at malaki ang sweldo ko at hindi ko sisirain ang pangalan ko sa 9,000 pesos kaya wag mo akong sasabihan ng " balik ng karma " sa akin dahil wala akong ginawang masama sayo at wala akong responsibility sayo. at yung huling txt na nakuha ko sayo na gusto mong " mag negotiate on cost implications " ay hindi ko na problema kung ano ang nanyari sa unit mo dahil hindi ko controlled ang mga pangyayari after ko iabot sayo yan. ikaw na ang maysabi na nagamit nyo pa ng 30 mins nung kinagabihan. ibig sabihin walang problema dahil nagamit nyo pa nga eh. kung may problema yan totally di nyo na nagamit at kung may sira yan beforehard di ko na ibebenta yan in the first place. Kung gusto mo akong bigyan ng negative feedback i dont mind i can answer to that on the forums and defend myself. I have bought and sold items far more expensive than 9,000 pesos and i didnt encounter any problems with those kaya malinis ang consyensya ko. kaya let me repeat it once more... i dont have any responsibility with you

    How can you not answer my call to discuss the matter? seems you are guilty.. i am not saying that you intend to sell a defective item but rather redeem yourself to the warranty responsibility you gave for the item. Yes i admitted that we were able to used the unit for 30 mins and that resolves your issue that putting it at my car trunk caused the "mishandling"
    how would i know that the item is not malfunctioning kaya mo binenta? remember i asked you to see a technician together so if they found it mishandled i will shoulder the cost? and why would i bother you if i accidentally crashed the unit? i can afford to have it fixed for God sake. I am just telling you to face the issue and not hide your face!

    Secondly, you are telling me that your cellphone is snatched? LIAR!!! a snatched cellphone would immediately replace the SIM card and not put my calls on a voice mailbox!

    Why cannot you explain it on my face and tried to ignore my calls???
