  very true to his word!!
  
  bal reserved to me his proc because he already made a deal to a fellow tpc'er. he was supposed to buy a proc to this guy, and this is what he'll use after selling his proc to me. but that guy did not deliver, so he was left with a processorless cpu. he could have cancelled the deal, but he did not. he was true to his word that even if he'll have nothing to use after selling his proc to me, he still fulfilled his commitment.
