this is actually my first deal here in TCP (though I've been dealing with a lot of users in TPC) and it went great as expected

I bought a BlackBerry Passport Silver Edition last October 2, 2016.

The item was not sealed, but they assured me it was brand new. Judging by the feedbacks I read from this site, I decided to trust them that the item was brand new - and therefore, damage free.

Around a week of using the phone, I noticed that there are instances that the left side of the keypad does not light up. Since it rarely happens, I decided to ignore it. 3 months after buying the phone, January of 2017, the problem became persistent and it looks like the problem are loose screws or something because when I press the phone's backside firmly, the entire keypad lights up.

This issue is on top of another irregularity I found around 4 days after buying the phone - the topmost part of the screen seems elevated than the bottom side - something I ignored as well because again, I trusted the feedbacks.

Now I came to realize that the phone they sold me is probably a defective one - maybe even a returned product.

I contacted them about the keypad backlight issue and in all fairness, they're quiet accommodating. However, I decided to just bring my phone to the BB service center. I couldn’t trust someone to fix a product I bought from them with irregularities in the first place.

Sorry for the late feedback. Thanks for the LG V20 I bought last Feb 12, I think. So far it's working flawlessly.

The staff were very accommodating and really knowledgeable with the unit they're selling, like for example, they know that the LG V20's camera protrudes and have lenses that scratch quite easily, so they warned me about these.

Will definitely buying here the next time around!
