Sorry sir if i have to give you a negative feedback. 1st feedback mo pa naman toh, i hate giving negative feedback pero i think you deserve this para maging aral sayo. U could have ask everything through text regarding the modem fw or something before ka nakipag tawaran at nag ask ng meet up. Ang hassle kasi mag remove ng lahat ng laman ng phone tapos yun pala di ka pa sure na bibilhin mo yung item. If u just ask those thing muna bago ka nakipag close ng deal. Hope this serves as a lesson, know first what you're buying before closing a deal.
