  To All Members,
  
  Please refrain from selling or swapping the following Apple products in TipidCP.com:
  
  1. Ipod Video
  
  2, Ipod Nano
  
  3. Ipod Touch
  
  4. Ipod Shuffle
  
  5. Ipad (All Models/Variants)
  
  Obviously, they are either media players or tablets and it is very clear in our site rules and regulations that only cellular phone units and accessories are allowed in the TipidCP's IFS (Items for Sale) and WTB (Want to Buy) sections. All of the items mentioned above should be sold/posted in TipidPC.com instead.
  
  Only Apple Iphone units and accessories are allowed to be sold or traded in TipidCP.
  
  For everyone's strict compliance. Habitual violators will be suspended/banned without any warnings from our Moderators.

  1. You will not post items in the trading section that do not fall under any of the defined categories or not related to mobile phones.
  2. By posting items in the trading section, you guarantee that your item has been legally purchased or acquired. TipidCP will not be liable for any false, misleading or inaccurate representations by its users.
  3. Including brand names, company logos or trademarks into your item's name other than the specific brand name, logo or trademark used by the item's manufacturing company is not allowed.
  4. Performing item comparisons in the title (i.e. Nokia Clone Phone) or Fake Items are not allowed.
  5. Posting of potentially infringing items is not allowed unless you explicitly indicate that you are a legal reseller of the item, or the legal copyright owner of the item (see Potentially Infringing Items).

  Again, swapping of cellphone units with non-cellphone related items such as Laptops, Gaming Consoles, Printers and other PC-related stuff will not be allowed in TCP.
  
  Sell your cellphone-related item here at TCP then create a WTB item in TipidPC. Refusal to comply with the said rule may result into account suspension/permanent banning as well as automatic deletion of all items in your IFS.
