  I keep on smsing you but you never give me a reply.
  
  This seller sells me a Brandnew Blackberry Bold 9700
  With a DEFECTIVE LCD Screen. 2 letters in the phones keypad is not working needs hard press. The phones battery never gets lowbatt, after 30% the phone will just die and say that the phones battery is drained.
  
  She promise me that she will replace the defective unit on Monday (April 2)
  But she can't be reached and she never give me a single reply.
  Well, you deserve this feedback anyway.
