  Thanks sa comment sir... As when you said na there was a deffect I was waiting for you to tell me na ibalik mo @ iababalik ko payment mo but you never said so giving me the idea na you've gone over it for a long time... As ive said I dont have to get any units of mine repaired coz i get phones not from anywhere here in pinas but units i have are being sent by my dad from abroad. I think I answered all your questions w/ utmost truth dahil its true when i said i never had any of the phones i use repaired, opened or replaced...

  Again let me refrain when i say "I waited for you to request a return"... That's where you failed. I am not pointing fingers here & i know ignorance where we are not... Proper channeling was made thru communication, whats the use of you testing the merchandise, the main reason as well why i replied back when i got a complain from you is to prove my innocence & that i am willing to bargain & meet in bet... Im new to this and i see now the consequences... My apology & thanks
