I informed you of the backlight of the keypad not turning on less than an hour after the deal.
Flows of the deal:
1. 100% makinis -- keypad is faded so as the camera button(hindi na namin pinansin 'yang discrepancy na 'yan sa description mo and sa actual unit kasi we felt that you needed the money.)
2. 100% good condition -- keypad back-light, defective. kahit working ang "any" k810i unit, you can't really see it in daylight(the backlight), so pagkauwi at napunta sa medyo dimmed portion of the house, kitang kita na. Again, I informed you about this less than an hour after the deal.
3. Personal Warranty -- less than an hour of informing you, isn't that covered by the warranty? Not being a hundred percent good working condition, isn't that misleading?
You texted and claimed you didn't know the backlight was not working, "kasi hindi mo napansin yun ever"(siguro 530pm and paakyat hindi ka na nagte-text?). Hindi na lang ako umimik sa'yo, oo may receipt, pero don't tell me hindi mo din alam na nakalagay sa receipt na "parts and software not included"?
Now you're telling me na kesyo tumagal na ng 1 week sakin kaya hindi na covered ng "personal warranty" mo 'yun? How do you explain the fact that I informed you about the problem less than an hour after the deal?
Honestly, hindi ko inugaling magbigay ng negative feedback sa isang member, pero 'yung refusal mo to at least make a compromise and at least shoulder the repair is what pisses me off. If you can do this to a moderator of the very site you post your item/s, imagine what you can do to regular members?
