You are buying a defective unit and you are expecting a "warranty"?
You asked me kung pwede i-open yung unit in which I quickly obliged. I also reminded on the spot na buksan mo to check wherein you declined.
It's not anymore my fault.
LoL
****story****
I got a second hand, personally used galaxy s4. it got bricked when I was flashing a custom firmware. So, basically, its useless na and nakabili na ako ng bagong phone. I now decided na ibenta na, as DEFECTIVE.
Naghanap ako ng potential buyers ng defective s4 and I texted a member with a handle of "jhayr060". My selling price was 4.5k (includes a 9/10 cosmetically good samsung galaxy s4 with its original battery). After several negotiations we agreed na bibilhin niya at P4,200 pesos including the battery and the meetups will be at MRT Boni on December 20, 9AM. On my way to the said meeting place, he asked if he can open the unit to check the internals of the galaxy s4 in which I quick obliged just to please his request and to show good faith.
Upon meeting with him at the designated meeting point at MRT Boni. He physically inspected the unit. After I couple of minutes he decided to pay me P4,200 na, before ko kunin yung payment, I again asked him kung bakit hindi niya binuksan yung unit since nag agree naman kami and he said na ok na daw. So, ayun, after I got the payment, we parted ways na.
After `1 hour and 30 minutes, he started bombarding me texts kesyo hindi daw guamagana kesyo ginalaw na daw. I said to him na nag agree ako na icheck niya yung unit (including checking the internals of the unit) pero hindi naman niya ginawa etc etc.
He now posted a negative feedback against me for selling a defective "defective phone". I didn't even gave him a warranty for that since sold as defective yung unit.
