  He even wanted me to wait until the unit will be repaired first befor he'll be going to pay me??

  the item was for sale and the buyer must be the one to handle whatever it will take them to do for it to be usable!

  Maybe that will be enough that I will bring you to the shop where you can have it repaired and by just barely knowing that the unit will be repaired, that is the time that you will agree to pay for the item.
  
  You are the buyer, I am the seller, I reserve the right to choose whether to whom will I sell the item to, with consideration to my convinience and decision!
  
  Think man! Maybe you are the buyer, but be as considerate as the seller. I even gave a huge discount!
