  - Texted 10/20 to schedule an appointment. Received a reply immediately then closed a deal right away.
  
  2. On time sa schedule (actually maaga pa nga sya ng 30 minutes sa scheduled appointment)
  - We actually arrived 1 hour earlier sa scheduled appointment since from Pampanga pa ko. Nag text sya na OTW na daw sya then sabi ko na nasa meeting place na kami, within 20 minutes dumating na agad sya. Pawisan si Sir Cris since halatang nagmadali sya na ayaw nyang maghintay yung client. Two thumbs up!
