  I got her ipod nano last wednesday Jan 24, 2007 and had asked her today if I can return the item because the battery life is too bad. She told me that the battery life is 4-5 hrs but as I tested it, it only last for maximum of 2.5hrs even it is fully charged. She declined to return back my money and even told me to just Go to apple store and have it fixed. Well, it's only 2 days since I got this item from her and with my experience here in TPC I was expecting that she will give me back my money because the item is not that I expected or.... she might assist me to apple store and have it fixed since she said it's still under warranty (I don't know if it's true). I did not receive any consideration from her considering the status of her item and even told me " Walang GANUN!" and "Do what ever I want to do.".
  
  Well, it's just a money and kaya ko naman kitain ulit ung binayad ko sa ipod mo eh so IT's OK for me.. I've learned my lessons, my bad coz I didn't test it when you are still around and besides it's hard to test the baterry life coz it will take us long to drain it so since I trusted you I decided to get the item and test it at home.
  
  I negotiated to you what can we do that is favorable to both of us but you declined. Well..... PERA lng yan.. I've been here in TPC and mga kilala din d2 ang mga nakaka deal ko.. Kaya nga NiceGuy username ko eh. :)...
  
  Advice ko na lng sa inyo guys.. INGAT na lng kayo sa girl na toh.. Test nyo muna ung item bago nyo kunin sa kanya.

  hay... eh kasi po Maam.. kung ni offer nyo na lng sana na samahan nyo ako sa AppleStore para ma pa check ung Ipod nyo. D sana natuwa pa ako.. Sabi nyo pa sa kin te-text nyo kung saang apple store nyo nabili ung Ipod kasi under warranty pa naman sya... Bakit hindi nyo po sya ma text? Tsaka po hindi po nabagsak ung ipod nyo, and IF EVER nabagsak man un, it won't affect the battery life... Sabi ko naman gumagana sya, except for the bad battery life. Don't be sorry giving me negative feedback coz that's fine to me. Besides, I if you are going to look at all items that I traded here my maximum amount is more than 50K which is a laptop.... Trading/Selling a 50K worth of item is not a Joke Maam.
  
  I am still waiting for you to accompany me to AppleStore.. I can even pick you up from your house and drop you off when we are done in AppleStore.
  
  Sabi ko nga, I need a solution that is favorable to both of us. If giving me back my money is not an option, well that's ok with me.. But much better sana kung samahan mo ako sa AppleStore kung saan mo binili to na sinasabi mo under warranty pa. :).... I know naman d mo na kaya balik ung 5K eh. Peace.

  Maam.. anong petsa na? ung Apple Store ng sabi mong pinagbilhan mo ng IPOD Mo d mo pa rin ni te-text... under warranty nga ba talga toh Maam? baka naman hindi na.... stir lng ung sinabi mo sa post mo d2 na may warranty pa sya... TSK TSK...

  Kung busy ka Maam mas busy ako.. Kung talagang sasamahan mo ako then gawin mo. Ikaw ang nagbenta ng item kaya kung matino ka kausap eh humanap ka ng time para d ka masira sa ka deal mo. Ni d mo nga alam kung saang applestore mo nabili toh eh. Until now d mo pa rin ma text kung saan.
  
  Hindi po ako naninira maam.. nagsasabi lng po ako ng totoo. Para alam naman nila d2 kung ano nangyari sa deal natin.
