  Meet up Date: Saturday, Mar 1, 8AM, Ministop near SM Hypermart along Imelda Ave.
  
  Pros: Good unit, complete accessories with box, all seals and plastics intact, unit picked up from SUN as of 2/27/2014, photocopy of SUN receipt provided for warranty purpose, nice price (as compared to online stores like that of kimstore)
  
  Cons: The unit needs to have either a SUN or SMART Sim installed in either of the two Sim Slots, otherwise you will be prompted to key in an unlock code if you just have say a GLOBE Sim installed. Not a biggie as I have spare SUN/SMART sims on hand.
  
  

  Overall the deal went well, Irwin was accommodating and met up with me even at short notice.

  Note to myself: after testing the unit, make sure the test SIM used is removed before parting ways. I had to turn around to return the Test Sim used by the seller as I didn't realize it was still inserted in the unit I purchased. :-)
