SU-640 failed update.
Boots in JTAG but not on its own
Capacitive buttons flash when plugged into a computer or charger.
JTAG at greenhills failed at downloading software onto the phone but i think its because of the filename as upgrading required the upgrade file to be renamed for it to work properly.
I would fix it myself if i had a JTAG but I don't.
