TERMS:

1. 15% per month (can be redeemed earlier but interest is fixed)

2. Interest will be deducted form the loan.

3. Notarial Fee of Php100 will also be deducted. Kelangan po ito as our contract of agreement.

4. Loan amount is 50% of the Appraised Value and Unit Condition.

5. Maximum of 2 months only. After 30 days you may choose to redeem the item by paying the loan amount or pay interest only of 15% for the 2nd month. After 60 days or 2 months since loan is granted, You have to redeem the item or else REMATADO na.

6. 7 Days grace period after 60 days will be given as consideration but with penalty of 7% to be added to the full loan amount.
