- may plastic protection pa sa likod, never removed since day one.
- screen protector replaced from mirror screen protector

100% working condition (WIFI, call text, camera, 3G, etc)

Issue: NONE! except for a very minor concern with the HOME button which is almost common to every iphone 4 and 4s - hard to press sometimes.

I've been using the assistive touch ever since.
