Apple iPhone 5c green 16gb Factory Unlocked

I am selling my iPhone 5c because i need funds to pay house bills, the unit\\\'s OUTER GLASS SCREEN IS CRACKED (see attached pics) nadaganan ko while sleeping... The back has scratches kasi nalagay ko sa bulsa ko kasama ang mga susi sa bahay ko, too late to purchase case but still presentable using a case yung screen lang may crack and it costs 1k to replace the glass screen. Everything works fine like the touch screen, wifi etc...I am selling it for 6k it comes with a replacement data cable and jelly case.

The phone was given to me by my sister kaya may naka log in sa icloud, the problem is she forgot her password and the security question kaya we tried to reset her password through email but the email na ginamit nya di na nya ma-access. 100% not stolen or declared lost di lang sya ma-reset kasi need to go through activation. I am using it for personal use for more than 5months now (call, txt and gaming etc.), I downloaded and installed some apps like clash of clans and eternity warriors via appstore kaya I can assure the buyer na wala magiging problema kapag ginamit.

1 month personal warranty if there will be problems sa icloud which i doubt na magkakaroon kasi it can never be declared lost or stolen kasi nalimutan na ng sister ko details ng account nya since she is using android.
