The shop warranty of one(1) month for brand new and one(1) week for the used mobile does not apply to units that :
(a) have been refurbished / tampered with in any way.
(b) experience problems resulting from misuse of the buyer, or
(c) rooted / jailbroken that ends up to malfunctioning of the unit.

To obtain the warranty, please return the unit within 24 hours from the time and date of purchase but not exceeding to 1 week. We will either replace units that have been proven defective, repaired minor defect at our full expense.
