Globe Re-contracting, Pre-termination fee + admin fee

  • Hi guys. Sino dito ang naka experience ng downgrade ng plan or re-contracting? In my case kasi, nagpachange ako ng plan last February at since di pa tapos ang contract ko binayaran ko yung remaining months as well as the pre-termination fee. Dumating ang March and April wala silang billing statement. Nag ask ako ang sabi negative pa daw kasi ang balance ko. So di ako nagbayad. May, June, July same thing lang sinasabi nila. Sa system nila lumalabas from March to August lumalabas pa din old plan ko. Dapat napalitan na yan from the start na nagbayad ako. Naayos lang nila nung Sept. Nireklamo ko sabi ko baka singilin nyo ako ng malaki dahil nagkaron pala sila ng problema sa re-tagging 'daw' ng handset na kinuha ko. Sabi ko wag nyo akong sisingilin ng malaki pagdating na maayos yan. It's not my fault sabi ko at sila ang may kasalanan. Dumating nga ang Sept. me bill ako na 4500. Nagreklamo ako sabi ko bat ang laki?

    From 1799 nagdowngrade ako to 999 plan. Inayos at naging 2400. So binayaran ko. This october me dumating akong bill amounting to 6,000 kasama naman dun yung pretermination fee na 3200 at admin fee na 550.

    Nireklamo ko ulit kasi sbi ko bakit ko babayaran na naman mga yan? Requirement kasi nila bayaran ang mga yan once na nagpadowngrade ka ng plan at nagparecontract. Nag appeal ulit ako then this morning i was told na denied ang request ko.

    Ayokong bayaran kasi bayad na yan eh. Dapat ibawas nila sa bill ko yan. What will i do? Naguluhan na ako at ilang beses na akong tumawag sa kanila paulit ulit lang sinasabi. Sino dapat kong kausapin? Anyone please help? Thank you.

  • that's the way how globe screws its customers. not only personal accounts but in corporate accounts as well.

    insist on your right, provide documents that you already paid, sindakin moyung agent na makakausap mo sa business center ask for thier manager that has the authority to decide on things.
  • Actually, once nag pa-terminate ka ng plan at kumuha ka ng lower plan that means new plan dapat yun hindi re-contract. Sa early termination of plan kasi ang mga babayaran mo is Remaining Months of the contract + Pre-termination fee + Handset cost (kung nag avail ka ng free phone).
  • kung di approved yung request mo dapat nung February pa lang denied na request mo at walang processing na nangyari...

    BTW, nung nagpadowngrade ka ba ng plan eh may contract na binigay sayo??? dapat meron, dahil iba ang contract mo sa plan 1799 at ang contract sa request mong downgraded na plan.

    TIP LANG PAG NAGTRANSACT KAYO SA GLOBE... make sure na lahat ng pinagusapan ninyo ng CSR ay black and white. para next time na merong magappear sa billing ninyo na napagusapan nyo na ng CSR may maipapakita kayo at di na nila yun madedeny.

    Sino ang dapat mong makausap??? hanapin mo ang pinakahead ng Globe Center na pupuntahan mo.

    Every single centavo na sinisingil ng Network dapat sinusuri natin...

    Dapat lang pag nagpostpaid tayo kahit sa anong network ay mahaba ang patience natin at meron tayong tyaga...

    Yan nga pinaglalaban ko kasi requirement nila na bayaran ang remaining months plus the pre-termination fee. Ngayon me admin fee pa? Ang admin fee daw pag nagpatermnate ka talaga ng plan sa kanila. Sa akin existing pa din kasi nagdown grade lang naman ako. =(

    Medyo magulo talaga yang pre-termination fee nila supposedly dapat kasama na agad sa computation nila yung admin fee para isang bayaran na lang. Sino ba gumawa nung computation nung termination mo sa store ba?

  • Pre-termination fee nila 3,200 plus 550 Admin fee pa? Nabayaran ko na sila last Feb at nakuha ko na din yung new handset ko ibig sabihin ok na di ba? At kung me ganyang charges dapat nung Sept. pa lang nagcharge na sila. Bat ngayon lang yan? Will go back there again sa store para magreklamo di ko sila titigilan. Bat ako magbabayad ng doble.

    @Athlon Nakita na lang sa system yang charges na yan kahapon nung nagpunta ako sa store eh.

  • Pag recontract po sabay downgrade ng plan, kailangan may babayaran pa? I mean kung sa eksaktong time ka naman nag recontract/downgrade may babayaran pa, bukod sa new plan mo may phone man o wala. Di naman ako magrerecontract kung ibibigay nila sakin un sim number ko. Nagbabakasakaling maging prepaid un number ko after contract ko. Haist!
    Tip lang pag through phone kayo nagtransact sa Globe at hindi talaga gumagawa ng paraan un representative, i suggest mag sup call kana. Para tipid ng konti sa oras.

    Explain mo na lang ng maayos sabihin mo nag request ka for downgrade plan and willing ka magbayad nung pre-termination kaso kamo na grant lang yung request ng downgrade mo Sept which sobrang late. Possible kasing yung unang binayad mo na punta sa MSF mo from March-Aug kaya ngayon lang nagreflect yung mga babayaran mo. Dalhin mo na rin yung mga Reference ID nung nag report ka sa phone para mas may ebidensya ka.

    Kung re-contract ka meaning tapos na yung lock-in period mo and gusto mo magdowngrade ng plan walang babayaran. Mas magandang mag transact sa Globe Store lalo pag account modification, yung phone kasi mali mali minsan yung ginagawang report.
  • Same thing happened to me. It seems that Globe is now a scam company. They make money by collecting monthly dues from their subscribers - which is perfectly the way it should be - but they also make money by taking advantage of the small prints in their contract and screwing their customers. Recently I cancelled my auto debit arrangement with them because I noticed that they charged me indiscriminately and it was soooo difficult to get them to reverse the charges even though I had sufficient proof. They also kept billing me for something that I already paid for despite my bringing the official receipt and confirmation of payment to 2 separate Globe business offices. the same amount just kept showing up in my monthly statement until finally I decided to stop my monthly payments to this account until they properly rectify my bill. Ito ata gusto nila mangyari sa mga good paying customers.
  • We paid P6500 + P999 upon application last September 2013 to change the lock in period from 24 months to 12 months. We also registered our CC for auto debit. Instead na cashout ang P6500 for the gadget, they deduct the monthly bill sa amount. I went to their Globe store kung saan kami nag apply, they said that advance payment daw ang 6500. What? Bakit ako mag-aadvance payment kung naka auto debit na CC namin. After 3 times na pabalik- balik, naresolve din yung issue last December and nakita din yung transaction na may cash out kami na P6500 sa Bill #4. I terminated the contract last September 26 (yun daw yung last day ng contract namin) and even paid Bill #13. Di na ako nakipag- away why there's a Bill #13, gusto ko lang matapos na at wala na kaming obligation kay Globe. To my HORROR, I just received the another bill asking me to pay P8245.24. Pre-termination fee for the Gadget - P7673.51 and Admin Fee - P550. I called their customer service, as usual, she told me that my lock in period is 24 months. Again, I explained everything and asked her to read all the notes para maintindihan nya. After putting me on hold for several times, she told me to go to the store kung saan kami kumuha ng plan kasi mas maganda daw ang service dun unlike sa kanila, ang magagawa nya lang daw is to esclate the case. REALLY??!!! So, I told her to escalate the case because the account is under my husband�s name and he�s working. I want to make sure as well na before kami pupunta sa Globe Store, may note na that I called their customer service para di nila ako ma push back. At the end of the conversation, the agent asked me HOW SATISFIED ARE YOU WITH MY SERVICE? The nerve!! but I declined to answer.

    Well, balik na naman kami sa umpisa. I hope na may mangyayari sa escalation case para di na mag-sayang ng oras sa pag-aantay, effort sa pag- eexplain at pagod na pumunta sa Globe Store. This is soo unfaiiir!!! Ginawa na namin lahat- lahat para maiwasan ang problemang to, we paid the bill on time, we paid the 13th bill, we called them July palang to advise them na di namin i-cocontinue ang plan, we called them on the same day the contract ends. But still at end, GLOBE SUCKS!!!
  • ^I feel you. Have been with them for 3 years pero sobrang hinayang na ako sa remaining mos na kailangan ko pang bunuin para makalaya sa Globe. Mga 20k worth of bill na babayaran pa till Feb 2016.

    If I were you, tawag ka CS then sup call agad. Mas nakakafrustrate pumunta sa GBC tapos di din pala mareresolve.

    Regarding naman sa bill#13, mukhang ganon talaga. Coz I paid for bill #25 on my first ever postpaid plan with them. Nagets ko naman kung bakit. Basically kasi ung first bill mo is date of activation to system generated cutoff date so more likely hindi talaga siya one month worth. Example your plan was activated today pero the system generated a billing cut off date for you November 6. So ung bill#1 mo is basically two days lang.

    wala na ako sa lock up and i get to change plans a few times a year... once lang ako naka kita ng admin fee
