Sun cellular 1899

  Hello,
  
  This is my first post, please be patient and understanding with me.
  
  I applied for a plan upgrade from plan 999 to plan 1899 to avail Sun cellulars new phone (Note 5). Unfortunately, after I was approved, they told me that there are no stocks available. This is actually the 1st time I encountered this with them. Most of the time, I was able to get every phone that I pick when I renew my contract with them. I understand that this is a new phone. However, shouldn't they anticipate the volume of consumers that will grab their offer?
  
  My question is, how long does it take for them to refresh their stocks?
