Official Apple Warranty

  Would just like to clarify the official apple warranty terms for their devices.
  
  As far as I know, ONLY locally purchased products from authorized re-sellers are eligible for the warranty.
  
  Pero meron akong friend na hindi naman hinanapan ng receipt when she took her iPad for service sa Power Mac Center. Although sa Abensons nya naman nabili ung iPad, chineck lang daw sa PMC ung serial and good to go na.
  
  Questions:
  1. Hindi na rin ba hahanapan ng receipt ung ibang Globe/Smart locked idevices?
  2. Lahat ng iPhones with NTC covered?
  3. How about ung mga iPhones na galing ibang bansa? Resellers always claim na "chcheck lang serial nyan sa service center, sure yan."
  4. Basta ba may lumalabas sa apple website na covered ka ng warranty (using imei), pwede na?
  
  
  Gusto ko rin sana ma check kung sino na nakatry magclaim ng warranty na nakabili from resellers na walang NTC.
  
  If that's the case edi walang pinagkaiba kung bibili ka sa labas since makakapag claim ka rin pala ng warranty nila.
  Makaka claim ka rin ng replacement unit, ganun?
