  yes, no volte and vowifi on prepaid, but the crappy voice calls on Globe networks are same lang quality, dropped calls all the time, also most of us are on chat calls than voice call,
  
  if you into voice calls, I found the 2G calls on my bar nokia phone is much better than on 3g/4g/etc smart phones

  Hi.  I am trying to apply for a postpaid line (pre order of samsung galaxy z flip under plan 599), but the sales agent who verified my application told me he couldn't proceed with my application due to insufiicient credit limit of my globe at home broadband of P1,700 to accommodate my additional postpaid line of Plan599 (short of P198.  Globe at hom plan 1,299 and postpaid line 599 will give a total of 1,898).  I told him that I would pay for the device upfront via credit card and mentioned that I have competitor's bill (smart) much higher than the plan I am applying for and I could send other documents to show my financial capacity.  But he stressed that my credit limit was insufficient and it's as if there is nothing more I can show him.  He said I could try to go to globe store and request (if this is possible at this point) for a credit limit increase. I told him I wasn't aware that Globe at Home migrated my 9 year old account into fiber with a new account number resetting it to bill no. 1 with credit limit of just 1,700.  Had I been asked of this migration and requested for proof of financial capacity i would have provided globe with docs to make it much higher than 1,700.  Now this credit limit prevents me from applying for even the cheapest line because I only have around P400 to spare. 
  
  Are you guys aware of this policy of globe? Aren't Globe Broadband and Postpaid two different services and are not supposed to share Credit Limit?

  I received a call yesterday din from Globe Broadband. Nagtaka nga ako bakit Globe broadband ang tumawag regarding my additional line application 599 for a Z flip 3.
  Ang ingay ng background nung tumawag, as far as I can remember she verified my info then plan inclusions and payment options ang inexplain nya. Nothing about credit limit.
  I checked my account for my newly-migrated vdsl to fiber plan, 2700 ang CL, my Globe postpaid is 599 and another plan zero, plus my 1899 fiber.
  Im not sure pero kung itotal lalagpas ako ng 2700 CL, saka parang sabi nya din yata for approval pa yata not sure though haha.

  Please update us if you get approved. I am going to Globe Store next week to clarify on this. Previous bills of my broadband didn't reflect any CL.

  Have you tried adding your broadband account sa GlobeOne app? Dun ko lang din kasi nakita yung CL nung broadband account ko.

  Tumawag na ang Globe kanina, same number nung tumawag before. Approved na daw, pero di ko naitanong kung paano isettle yung payment, kung saan or paano babayaran hahaha ang aga kasi tumawag.
  
  Teka saan nga ba pwede bayaran online? Nabasa ko kasi pwede thru gcash, credit card or cod. Im planning to use my credit card kasi, so pagkadeliver ng unit on the spot kaya iswipe yung cc ko?

  I think you will settle it once the unit is already for delivery. If through cc, online pa din yung nabasa ko, I guess not possible yung may dalang swiper.

  Anyone here na nag apply ng renewal for galaxy fold 3 (pre-order) with pre-order perks? Had renewed by plan last august 23 sa globestore pero di na ako binalikan ng tawag if approved or hindi. kaya ang apply ako online pero after ng isang tawag ng representative, nakita ko status is processing as of Aug 25 2021..Sabi ng globe rep is oks lang dalawa application, pde naman daw cancel un isa pag dumating na. Here is the thing, ang sabi un date ng dating ng pre-order between Sept 18 to 24.. So since wfh status pa kame nun Aug 25 to Sept 27, nag push ako ng pre-order/renewal with the agreement na sa globe store na malapit sa amin. Shockingly, up to ngaun upon checking with globe store at online, ang status palang is "Processing." at wala pa daw date kelan dadating un unit pero meron na dumating kaso di daw pwede ibigay un kasi nakareserve. Whats the use of pre order if ganun di ba? also wala sinabi definite date ngaun kelan..pano to babalik na sa Manila to resume work, sabi sa globe pwede daw mag iwan ng authorization etc...another option sa manila daw ako mag apply kaso wala na pre-order freebies! very disappointed with globe. may mga na skip pa ako details dito pero un pinaka prob is, pre-order is a scam.

  kaya nga eh, frustrating lang, since 2011 pa ako sa knila subscriber nyan ah and since then di na ako kumuha ng unit sa knila kasi mas ok un openline kasi alam na this, pangit service ni globe so need ng iba network para matugunan un mpagkukulang ng isa network..haha..bale ng Sim only plan lang ako lately kasi napilitan mag palit kasi un unli data nila dati binagalan na...tas ngaun naglakas loob ako kuha ng renewal with device pero eto pa din problema ko, excited na pa naman na ako sa device...ang ending baka cancel nalang pag wala pa pag pinareport na sa manila.. syang nga lang pre-order freebies. lesson learned, next time sa samsung nalng ako diretso.. wala din kasi makausap sa Globe at di ko sila mapa return call sa akin para sagutin un mga concerns ko or request man lng sana na re-route sa manila nlng un device.

  ang alam ko wala na sila bill rebate, if out of contract, may 917 lang yearly, discount on handset if avail with plan relock,
  but I might be wrong, matagal na lost of interest sa mga postpaid plan nila, mas sulit pa prepaid, and all my postpaids are now plan zero, mahal parin 50 pesos maintainance fee monthly, plan to port all to prepaid pag di nq hassle ang porting

  Globe locked phone is imei locked to phone per telco so esim is also locked, but try mo check, some early released phones like samsung are unlocked

  nowadays mas ok ang prepaid, kasi you are not tied to the monthly spending,
  unless you are getting a phone from Telco or telebaba ka sobra sa landline, or you are bounded to the number for any unexpected incoming calls only,
  
  most telco offers unli to all networks na, at a budget price pa,
  like I just discovered Dito is very usuable na in our area, 99 unli call to dito, unlitxt to allnet, 600min calls to other net, 25gb data pa,
  cherry din cheap
  gomo naman for low usage for a year, meron ka na call txt to all net and data pa
  smart and globe lang talaga matigas
  
  postpaid doesn't mean anything na nowadays,

  Yes matrabaho nga lang nabiktima na ko nyan kasi nakaligtaan ko i-register buti around 1gb lang yun nakain app based kasi yun registration di ko kasi sya ma-automate using sms schedule.
  
  Kaasar lang sa gocreate mas sulit pa yun 7 days unli calls kesa dun sa 15 days unli calls gusto ko nga ipaport sa Cherry Prepaid ang sim kaso ayaw nung may-ari kasi sanay na sa globe kaya yun gocreate na lang ang ginagawa ko.
  
  Kung secondary sim lang naman ang kailangan ng call/sms/data you can give cherry prepaid sim a look. Around 120 pesos/mo lang ang call/sms/data although consumable minutes lang yun calls hindi unli. Check mo na lang yun other thread to see their offers.

  cherry puwede na pang backup, allnet na call and txt nila,
  dito is cheapest if you have the phone and signal in your area, 99 lang may data, call, txt ka na to all for a month.
