  I would like to commend this lady! She's the first time in my 4.5 years here in TPC/TCP that I've dealt with na very formal ang transition. She has this acknowledgement letter wherein both of us will sign and keep a copy each.
  
  I think this is a very good way in avoiding unwanted deals here in TCP. Perhaps sa susunod eh gagayahin ko na din yun kasi few times na din akong naloko dito. :)

  hi maam arya! maam arya what could i say about our transaction? details nalang and events on what happened :)
  
  1. maam told me that she will buy my k530i while i was in sweden earlier and told me to reserve her phone(you did bought it thanks again!!)
  
  2. when i arrived on the philippines, sat jan 8, she told me in advance, if could not make it to our transaction, she told me to re-schedule it. (nice and thanks again :P)
  
  3. transaction day, sorry i got lost on the way to mrt taft edsa, she patiently waited for me there with her beloved and cute daughter :)
  
  great and smooth transaction, all in all maam arya is also very honest buyer :)
