WORST TRANSACTION I'VE EVER HAD IN TCP.
- yeah right. with 0 feedback? you can always say that.

Perpetually late feedback, very rude, not at all accommodating, never straight forward, dishonest, chiefly works on his personal gain & never takes regard of the customer.

Perpetually late feedback - Obviously, this isn't the only thing I'm doing.

very rude - And you're not?

not at all accomodating - Seriously? After i answered a ton of queries from you?

never straight forward, dishonest - I believe I answered all your concerns with the best of my ability and pure honesty.

chiefly works on his personal gain & never takes regard of the customer. - Matching the words that I use to the products that i sell is called valuing my customer. Just saying if it doesn't ring a bell. Do I sell my products to share the delightful experience of my precious gadgets? NO! I sell them because I'm over it. I want something new. If you haven't read my ad, it says their: RFS (reason for sale): Again, nagsawa na. So is that personal gain? YES! And there's nothing wrong with that.

I guess in contrast to the 'positive feedbacks', his business dealings have GREATLY DIMINISHED through time.

You don't say feedbacks sir/ma'am, just feedback. And if you're referring to the way I handle my deals, IT CHANGES EVERY TIME. It relies on my customers. Again, just saying in case you didn't know.

Despite this, I agreed to buy his BB Bold 9000, meet-up has been set, cash ready on hand, says I already won the phone (oral agreement, a binding contract in the eyes of consumer protection law) but in actuality was transacting with another customer simultaneously. Seller only told me he 'had chosen' to sell it to another when he was about to meet the other buyer, leaving me no time to claim it (unfair competition).

I informed you the night before I'm meeting the other customer that I prefer dealing with the one who can get it ASAP. And yes, I am negotiating with other customers because I know I informed all of you that whoever meets me first, he will get the unit. Unfair competition? Duh?! You're planning to meet Friday and it was only Wed afternoon then. There are others that are willing to get it on Thursday. Obvious answer: I chose Thurs.

FYI, seller NEVER informed me he would rather receive payment at an earlier time, which I would've obliged.

and of course, you can always say that.

If you want someone who you can transact with proper etiquette in business dealings, IGNORE THIS SELLER. NEVER TRUST HIS WORDS.

Have a happy life!
