  my technician tested the video card on our boards and its working. we replaced a new video card even if the orig video card you bought was working. what we had was compatibility issues with your ECS motherboard. surely we cant touch your motherboard bec. it didnt come from us.
  
  I can only suggest that you update the latest bios of your motherboard to accomodate new video cards. you didnt even tell us what's the model of your ECS motherboard so that we can assist you.

  compatibility issues are your responsibility. hindi naman porkit wala ka ma-search sa google eh, eh wala na. sana next time, eh tratuhin mo naman na tao ang tauhan ko. i think you're one of those na may superior mentality basing from what you posted in my feedback.

  mo daw talaga magbigay ng info sa board para matulungan ka.
