  this guy is very professional. kahit sira ang keypad, he made it a point to have a clear communication by calling instead of just texting.

  Somtime in June, a certain TPC member, extreme69, called me at my cellphone inquiring if I still needed Laptop repair services because I posted a service request in the WTB section of TPC. Since I was busy that time I told him that I'll just call him instead when I have free time. A week later I called him through his cellphone (09104520920) to ask him if he is available to service my laptop. We agreed that he should service my laptop in my house and see what was wrong with my Laptop.
  
  At first I thought my battery was busted that's why when we met at my house I asked him if he could repack the battery. He said that he can repack my battery and his service fee was 700 pesos and 350 pesos for every battery needed for the battery pack. He asked me if I can give him 50% advance so that he could buy the parts in which I agreed to do so. At the same time I was testing my new digital camera with my friend, luckily he was able to take a picture of this guy (the picture I posted in TPC).
  
  A week later or so he came back with the supposedly repacked battery. He told me that I should charge the battery for 16 hours. Thinking that everything is already ok i gave him the remaining balance (total of 3500 all in all). Unfortunately my laptop did not charge the battery thinking that there might be a problem with the laptop i contacted him if he can to take a look at my laptop.
  
  Last week went to my place to check my laptop. After checking it he told me that It would be better if he could bring my laptop so that he could check it thoroughly in his house in which I agreed to. I also asked him if he could look for a 512MB SODIMM for laptop, in which he also agreed but asked for 2k in advance, thinking he can be trusted I gave him the money.
  
  For several days I tried contacting him but he was ignoring my messages and sms. He only replied to my messages when I gave him a stern warning that all appropriate actions will be taken against him. He told me that everything is ok and he will be able to deliver the laptop saturday yesterday. Since I was not available I asked him if we can move it on sunday in which he agreed.
  
  He told me that he can not directly deliver the item to my house because he has other commitments. He asked me if we can meet at the MRT station in Magallanes; I agreed. Because I have other commitments also I just asked one of my liason to pick the unit for me today.
  
  Today I was shocked to discover that my 18GB HD, two 64MB SODIMM and one 512 MB SODIMM (I ordered) were missing. Worse I told my liason to give him the 3.5k balance for the 512MB SODIMM and service charge.
  
  Right now the only information about this guy is his cel no. tpc login name (extreme69), his supposed name Arnold and also his picturewhich was taken in my house.
  
  Extreme69 if you are reading this why don't you enlighten me why most of the parts of my laptop are missing

  actually ako din at first ... he told me na papalitan nya yung item na binili ko sa knya it was an hdd . a 10gb then he told its working then dahil tiwala nga tayo dito ... i ask my staff to meet him then after that the check namin sira ... so i called him up.. but he doesnt respond after a week nag respond sya... sa buyer ko. so sabi nya ako na lang makipag meet so i call him , ilang beses na rin but unfortunately.. hndi sya nag respond even call sana makita natin itong taong ito... and give him a lesson... kasi kawawa naman ang iba pa nyang mabibiktima... sana maaksyonan agad ito

  ok ako aware na rin sa taong ito, kasi tumawag sa akin yan pagagawa ko sana laptop ko compaq armada p3-700. mura service 200 kuno yun pala magnanakaw. wag ka pakita sa akin pulis ako. diretso ka sa kangkungan bro!

  that's my problem also. just lately nagpost me sa want to buy for my defective battery....he called me up and proposed to repair my laptop battery.... but it did not work. he told me to charge it 16 hrs also. and when i
  call him naka block na cell no. ko. grrrrr. whoever find this guy pls let me know i want to get back my 2K. tpc can we set a trap for this guy? he is creating a bad image in this site....007303
