  Very professional na kausap at may offer pa ng after-sales service.
  
  Smooth and fast ang transaction namin; wala pang 30 minutes from the time I called him hanggang sa magkabayaran.
  
  Much recommended seller.
  
  Will not hesitate to deal with Jay again.

  This guy deserves a second positive feedback for his after-sales service...kakaiba talaga!
  
  The day after I bought his brand-new Linksys router, I called him up and asked for assistance in setting it up since I was having some difficulty doing it.
  
  Kakaiin lang daw siya and pupunta sa place ko in thirty minutes which he did.
  
  He tried setting up the router without success and offered to bring it to the shop for repair or replacement at malalaman ko next day sabay inabot na agad sa akin yung perang ibinayad ko!
  
  After an hour, he called me back and said that he tested the router
  in his shop and it was ok; so he asked if he can go to my place again...past 10pm na yun.
  
  Nung tinesting ayaw na naman, so we tried it on another PC at gumana naman; yun pala corrupt na yung drivers nung LAN card ko and after re-installing the drivers ok na naman siya.
  
  Almost 12mn na umuwi si Jay after setting up my network and troubleshooting my rig.
  
  What more can you ask for from a seller? Great after-sales at may libre pang PC repair.
  
  Truly a very responsible and professional TPCer and dedication beyond the call of duty.
