  -False information given. As seen in the picture it�s said that the item is 99% smooth, well in fact the item wasn�t even close to 99% smooth. It had a lot of scratches on the surface and on the back it also had a few small dents when looked at carefully, but the major problem was the right side of the flip had a major crack resulting it to be a bit shaky.
  -We agreed to meet at Robinson Galleria at around lunch time, but she arrived at 2:15pm
  -We offered to pay for her Transportation as a sign of gratitude because we didn�t take the item due to false information given. But she replied �baket muka ba akong mahirap� then left.

  Of course I had high expectations when it�s said clearly that the unit is 99% smooth well in fact it wasn�t even close to it. It�s also stated in your pm that the scratches are not obvious even under the sunlight the scratches in the outer layer is not obvious, apparently you were lying because the scratches are highly visible and the unit even has dents. And in the first place YOU shouldn�t be putting false information on the item you are selling. And about me whimpering my comments? I have the freedom of speech to discuss my thoughts with my friend because in the first place it�s your fault why I�m whimpering to my friend because it had a lot of scratches and dents and a crack totally opposite on what�s written in your item description, I wouldn�t be doing that in the first place if it were really true that the item is 99% smooth. I told you that it was written in item description that it�s 99% smooth but never did you say anything about. Guilty much about lying in your item information? Talk about communicating with the seller.. And about the item not being shaky? Even when it is closed the upper part is still shaky and why wouldn�t it be, the flip has a crack and there are only two flip connecting the lower part to the upper. And we were being kind offering to reimburse your transportation fee even though you completely wasted our time and having our hopes up that your item was 99% smooth, no need to say �bakit muka ba akong mahirap� what�s with the sarcasm?

  What�s with the sarcasm again? Never did I say that I was rich besides I would really buy a brand new docomo if anyone is selling it here in the Philippines.
