  POSITIVES
  - Seller came on time.
  - Seller is friendly and is easy to deal with.
  - Seller is very thorough with his item. He showed me all the contents of his phone and walked me through on using it as well.
  - Quick and hassle-free transaction
  
  NEGATIVES
  - Misinformation. I was told the phone was only a month old when in fact it was already 4 months old as stated in the receipt that came with the phone.
  - Misinformation #2. A supposedly smooth and scratch-free unit has a very noticeable scratch at the upper-right corner of the screen.
  - A password that is required to perform certain functions was not provided. The seller had no knowledge that the password even existed. Second owner?
  - The seller dropped the unit during the transaction.
  
  Despite the minor setbacks, I would still recommend him as a seller.
