  sold me a deffective tv tuner. when informed of the problem he insisted that the item is working fine.
  on my next follow up his reply was
  'sige tanong ko lang sa may ari pabenta lang kasi sa akin yan eh'.
  i'm no longer interested in getting a refund for my money which you said you will but never did.

  Unfortunately di pa namin nakalimutan eh! You got our money last December pa. Siguro naman sa haba ng palugit at chance binigay namin sa iyo to replace the item, e time na para sa Negative FeedBack! Sayang naman bro ang dami mo na sanang Positive. Bigla ka naman nagluko!
